These terms apply to all services provided by Presença Agency. A signed proposal or accepted quote forms the agreement between us.
Setup fees are one-off and payable upfront. Monthly fees cover hosting, maintenance and ongoing support, billed monthly in advance. All prices are in GBP and exclusive of VAT.
Monthly services can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice after the initial build is complete. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
On full payment of the setup fee, you own the design, content and domain. We retain ownership of underlying frameworks and reusable components.
Our liability is limited to fees paid in the previous twelve months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
