This Privacy Policy explains how Presença Agency ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you visit presencaagency.com or contact us about our services. We are the data controller for the purposes of UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. What we collect

  • Contact details you submit via our enquiry form — name, email address, phone number, business website, service of interest, and any message you send us.
  • Technical data automatically logged when you visit — IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and timestamps.

2. How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and provide a quote or proposal.
  • To deliver services you've agreed to.
  • To improve our website and prevent abuse.
  • To comply with our legal obligations.

3. Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of legitimate interest(responding to enquiries, running our business) and contract(delivering services you've engaged us for). For any marketing communication we'll always ask for your explicit consent first.

4. How long we keep it

Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months from your last interaction so we can follow up appropriately. Client records are kept for 7 years to meet UK accounting and tax obligations. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see below).

5. Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We share it only with trusted service providers that help us run the business — currently our hosting and database provider (Lovable Cloud / Supabase, EU-hosted) and our email infrastructure. All processors are bound by data processing agreements.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion ("right to be forgotten")
  • Object to or restrict processing
  • Data portability
  • Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies only — required for the site to function. We do not currently run third-party analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we'll update this policy and request consent.
